Warranty Policy

Jewelry Limited Warranty

  • We offer a one (1)-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing and material defects for Anavia products purchased from Anavia.com.
  • Products purchased from clearance sales carry a sixty (60)-day limited warranty.
  • For either type of warranty, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engravings or alterations of any kind, as well as accidental damage, tarnishing and ordinary wear and tear.
  • Please contact us immediately for assistance if the ordered items are damaged. To be eligible for either warranty, the customer must have a valid proof of purchase, including: a purchase receipt, delivery receipt, and/or gift receipt from Anavia.com.
  • Anavia will replace the qualified jewelry with the same item if available. If the item is unavailable, customers will receive ONLINE STORE CREDITS. If the proof of purchase does not reflect value paid, customers will receive ONLINE STORE CREDITS valued at the last advertised price of the warrantied product.

    *All warranty related returns must be authorized before being sent back for consideration. ANAVIA will not be responsible for lost or returned packages. Returns received without ANAVIA authorization will be subject to return to the sender. *
