    • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  2. Personalized and Engraved Jewelry:

    • No returns or exchanges are accepted on personalized, engraved, or customized jewelry (e.g., jewelry with names, dates, or custom messages), as these items are made specifically for you.
  3. Return Process:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
